I’m drinking tea, I love tea.
I’ve just started my new year of my diploma and I’m more engaged than I was last year. I’m cooking again, making lots of broths and vegetable dishes. By the way I’m a meat lover but it’s nice just eating lots of veg for a time.
The last weeks have been extremely trying but I’m literally doing everything possible to forget what’s happened and what’s ahead. This is massive, I’ve actually grown up. Usually I’d be at the bottom of a bottle every second night or losing all my money alternate nights, so a big step up.
It just proves that you can overcome things even something so personal, just with distractions. Friends, family, work, study and hobbies. Find something or someone, anything so you’re distracted.
